Employees will consider a move for all kinds of reasons, and recognition might have a key part to play.&nbsp; In this article, we take a deep dive into recognition and its link to employee retention.

Layer up recognition

3 Keys points to getting recognition right in your team

Done well, employee surveys have the benefit of capturing written feedback as well as data. They are an excellent way to create employee voice.
You can also measure your engagement through employee surveys.&nbsp;
